Mock board
Today I did my mock board. I think it went pretty well. I missed two pieces of calculus. I did get the areas that I wanted clean though which made me feel good. I also sharpened my instruments right after because I worked on him so had to remove his tenacious calculus. This afternoon my patient cancelled. I was able to get a patient that came to midtown for and exam. She was a class II. She had a 2 month old baby and was lactating. She had moderate perio that we deduced was do to hormones and had a hard time cleaning her as she bled quite a bit. She was a good experience!

Hey pod buddy! That's awesome that you were able to do well on your Mockboard!!! Oh and good job for sharpening right after. I need to be better at that but I'm always just ready to be done by that point :s
You always seem so calm and collected when your pts no-show, great quality. That's great that you were able to find a replacement and even better that she had some perio for you!!! Keep up the good work :)
Thanks for the comment! I have an inner unrest that doesnt show at times. I'm glad it looks good on the outside!
